You Saw the Before and After.
Now Get the Real Story.
Everyone is talking about peptides. But most sources are trying to sell you something. We just explain what the science actually says, in plain language, completely free.
What Are Peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids the same building blocks that make up proteins. They act as biological messengers throughout the body, regulating processes from metabolism to tissue repair.
The difference between a peptide and a protein is largely size: peptides typically contain fewer than 50 amino acids. This compact structure allows many peptides to act as precise signaling molecules.
From the insulin that regulates your blood sugar to the endorphins that modulate pain, peptides are fundamental to human physiology and the focus of an enormous body of ongoing research.
